      Important notes
      - The attendance to the meeting is face-to-face and prices include VAT

      The registration fee includes
      - Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
      - Abstract book in digital format
      - Coffee breaks
      - Working lunch
      - Certificate of participation and payment receipt
      Note: the society dinner is not included

      Registration, payment and cancellation conditions
      - Registrations are only accepted through the online platform
      - Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (Paypal) and Ifthenpay (Multibanco reference)
      - As soon as you complete the form you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your credit card or by using your account. You do not need a PayPal account
      - Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form and a fee of € 10 will be charged for reissuing invoices
      - Registration, including billing and invoices are managed by the logistic services of Mundiconvenius. For any queries regarding invoices, please contact us at info@mundiconvenius.pt

      Confirmation
      - The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes
      - The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation
      - If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us info@mundiconvenius.pt

      Cancellation and reimbursement policies
      - In case of cancellation of participation before Nov 6 2022, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 10€ per registration (financial and administrative costs). From that date on, there will be no refund.
      - All refunds will be made after the meeting and bank charges may be deducted

      Certificates of participation
      - Will be sent by email after the meeting
