      Travel arrangements:
       - Privately booked travel arrangements will NOT be reimbursed by Jacobs Foundation. All travel arrangements need to be booked via this registration form.
      - 1 piece of luggage is included.
      -       Route from A to B and back to A is included. If route with layover is requested the participant is responsible for the cost difference.
      - T      ransportation to/from home to Airport of the departing country is not included and will NOT be reimbursed by the Jacobs Foundation

      Accommodation: The accommodation for the conference guests at Hotel Pestana Cidadela Cascais will only be available for the conference group from 10th May to 13th May. For earlier arrivals (before 10th May) and later departures (after 13th May) accommodation will not be covered by Jacobs Foundation and will need to be arranged privately.
