• Access to all sessions and the exhibition area;
• Participant material;
  
• Coffee-breaks and lunch;
• Certificate of attendance.

• The registration will only be completed if you receive a confirmation email (after your payment is confiemed);
  
• All conference communication is done exclusively by e-mail. To ensure that you receive all the information, please include the adress updates@mundiconvenius.pt in your email secure contacts and verify regulary your spam or junk inbox;   
• Online registration will be available until May 12th. After this date, registrations will only be accepted onsite with direct payment . 
  

• Certificates will be sent to the email associated with the registration in the days following the date of the conference. 

• All payments receipts will be sent based on the information provided in the application form;
• In case of any change it will be charged a fee of 20,00€ per registration.

Cancellation and reimbursement policies
Cancelation of participation will be accepted until April 12th. After this date, there will be no refund.
