Congress registration fee includes: - Access to all sessions - Access to welcome reception and coffee-breaks according to programme schedule - Participants materials Note: kindly note that lunch will not be provided Accompanying person registration fee includes: - Access to Welcome reception - Access to Congress dinner Payment, confirmation and other information - Payment through debit/credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA). - The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation - All payments receipts will be sent based on the information provided in the application form. In case of any change it will be charged a fee of 25,00€ per registration - All congress communication is done exclusively by email. To ensure that you receive all the information, please include the address eventos@mundiconvenius.pt in your email secure contacts and verify regularly your spam/junk inbox - Online registration will be available until 1 June 2026. Cancellation and reimbursement policies - Participants can cancel their registrations until 15 April 2026. Until that date, payments will be refunded. However, a fee of 25,00€ will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the congress. - In case of cancelation after 15 April 2026 or in case of no-show, fees paid for registration will not be refunded. Certificate of attendance - In order to reduce the amount of paper used, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the congress by email.
