      Requirements for Abstract Aubmission for Oral Communication & Posters:
      • All submissions must be made online through this page.
      • Abstracts and  presentations must be in English and either Portuguese or Spanish.
      • The abstract must not exceed 400 words.
      • A confirmation email will be sent upon submission.
      • All correpondence regarding the abstrct will be conducted via email, using the main presenting author’s email address.
      • Please note that your poster or oral communication must be approved by the panel. You will receive confirmation of your submission until June 6th.
      • The presenting author must be registered by 30th June 2025.

    • I declare that I am aware that the SIMERPE 3 Symposium to be held from 3 to 7 November 2025 will be recorded on video and/or audio and I authorise that my image, voice and interventions may be captured and used for purposes related to the symposium, including, but not limited to, documentation, dissemination and archiving of the sessions. I am aware that these recordings will be treated in accordance with the data protection legislation in force in Portugal (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and that my rights to access, rectify or delete the data will be guaranteed.
