ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Oral Communication submission:
- Submission deadline: 31 January 2027

• - Each registered participant will be entitled to submit a maximum of one abstract

• - Abstract shoud be submitted with the followind template - download here

• - Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of participants with paid registration fees will be included)

• - Prizes will be awarded to the best presentations by young scientists at the conference​

Poster Submission:

- Submission deadline: 31 January 2027

• - Each registered participant will be entitled to submit a maximum of one abstract

• - Abstract shoud be submitted with te followind template - download here

• - Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of participants with paid registration fees will be included)

• - Posters will be displayed during the conference and will be discussed in two poster sessions (guidelines will be published in due course)

• - Prizes will be awarded to the best presentations by young scientists at the conference
