      Requirements for abstract submission for oral communication & posters:
      • All submissions must be made online through this page
      • Submitted texts and presentation exclusively in English
      • Abstracts must not exceed 300 words
      • Confirmation email will be sent at the end of the submission
      • All communications with authors about the abstract will be made by e-mail, for the email address of the main corresponding author
      • Please keep in mind that your poster or oral communication will have to be approved by the panel. You will receive confirmation of your submission as soon as possible.
      • The presenting author must be registered until May 15, 2027

    • A special issue in a scientific journal (to be determined) is expected to be published following the conference. If you want your full paper to be considered for this special issue, tick “yes” below.
