Privacy policy of Mundiconvenius (MC)
• Scope
This document is written in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR – EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of April 27, 2016 of singular persons regarding the free circulation of their personal data.
• Collection
Personal and financial data, IT access information, cookies and other tracking technologies will be collected.
During the event, images may be obtained for reproduction in videos and photographs to be published on the website and social networks pertaining exclusively to the event and Mundiconvenius.
• Processing and storage
Two data bases will be formed by the event promoter and the event organizer.
The data will be stored for as long as it is useful without prejudice to a different period in accordance with the legal obligations of an accounting nature.
• Rights of data title holders
In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the participant is guaranteed the right of access, updating, correction, restriction of use or elimination of his or her data, portability to third parties or to the title holder, by written request addressed to:

Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions of the Vulture Conservation Foundation (VCF) and the European Vulture Conference 2023
Participants, delegates, and speakers attending the European Vulture Conference 2023 (EVC 2023) organised by the Vulture Conservation Foundation (VCF) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Privacy
VCF has a comprehensive Privacy Policy that should be followed for any information provided to VCF. Participants' contact information will be used to compile a delegate list that will be shared with event organisers, third-party organisers, venues, and parties associated with related events. Speaker presentation documents may be posted on the VCF website or provided to delegates after the event.
General
The content and delivery of the event may change beyond the control of VCF, and VCF is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes to the programme or content of the event. VCF reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice.
Photography and Recording
Participants authorise VCF to record their picture and voice and use the recording for audio and visual production that can be livestreamed or used for educational, communication, or other purposes. VCF owns all rights to the recording and is not obliged to use it. Participants will not receive financial compensation for the recording, and VCF may screen or place the recording online. Participants release VCF from any infringement or violation of personal or property rights.
Liability
Participants attend the conference at their own risk. VCF, its staff, board members, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event. No liability is assumed for inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, damage, loss, personal injury, or death. The Conference Organisers will make every effort to conduct the conference according to the schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule changes or conference cancellation.
Submissions
The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation, or registration costs. No speakers' fee is paid to successful applicants of presentations or posters. Participants grant the Conference Organisers permission to publish the abstract in the Conference Abstract Handbook online and in hard copy. The Conference Organisers' decision on acceptance of the abstract will be final.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance. It is strongly recommended that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover, etc., for any reason.
