Privacy policy of Mundiconvenius (MC)
• Scope
This document is written in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR – EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of April 27, 2016 of singular persons regarding the free circulation of their personal data.
• Collection
Personal and financial data, IT access information, cookies and other tracking technologies will be collected.
During the event, images may be obtained for reproduction in videos and photographs to be published on the website and social networks pertaining exclusively to the event and Mundiconvenius.
• Processing and storage
Two data bases will be formed by the event promoter and the event organizer.
The data will be stored for as long as it is useful without prejudice to a different period in accordance with the legal obligations of an accounting nature.
• Rights of data title holders
In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the participant is guaranteed the right of access, updating, correction, restriction of use or elimination of his or her data, portability to third parties or to the title holder, by written request addressed to:

Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions of the ERA Convention 2024, organized by the European Rental Association
The present terms and conditions apply to the ERA Convention 2024, organized by the European Rental Association (hereafter referred to as the organizer), 188A/b4 Avenue de Tervuren, B-1150 Brussels, in Epic Sana Marques, Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo 8, Lisbon 1069-310, Portugal from 15 to 16 May 2024.
Organizations/companies can proceed to change names of participants of the same organization/company until 31 March 2024, free of charge. After that date, registrations become personal, any change in name will require a new registration.
Participants can cancel their registrations until 31 March 2024. Until that date, payments already received by ERA will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants). However, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event.
In case of cancellation after 31 March 2024 or in case of no-show, fees paid for registration will not be refunded.
If the organizer cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organizer is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation.
In the event that the ERA Convention 2024 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organizer, no refund shall be made. Participants to the ERA Convention 2024 waive all claims for damage in this case.
