REGISTRATION All registrations must be complete online via the official registration form. Registration includes access to the following days and activities:
Day 21 - Technical visits to industrial and R&D facilities related to green hydrogen - limited spaces/availability
Day 22 - Access to all sessions, exhibition area, posters presentation, coffee-break and lunch
Day 23 and 24 - Access to all sessions, exhibition area, posters presentation and coffee-break on both days. Partipation in the networking lunches (23 and 24) and the Conference dinner (23) is subject to an supplementary fee.

Authors Registration At least one author per accepted abstract must register before 10 July, 2026.
Confirmation of Registraion Registrations and services are only considered valid once payment has been received (when applicable). A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us at: registrations@ich2.org Cancellations and refunds Participants can cancel their full registration up to 30 June. A fee of 20% will be charged to cover administration and banking costs. Refunds will be made after the event. In case of registration cancellation after 30 June or in case of no-show, registration fees will not be refunded. Name changes and Substitutions Participant substitutions can be made free of charge until the event starts. After this period, any changes will incur an administrative fee of €15 per change.
Invoice changes Requests to change the paying entity for services already invoiced will be subject to a €25 administrative fee. Certificates Certificates of attendance will be issued in digital format and sent after the event.
