PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Each speaker will have 10 minutes to present their work, followed by 5 minutes for discussion
Presentations must be in English and preferably prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) using the 16:9 slide format. Click here to find the PPT template (if needed)
Please check the Program to find your session and timeslot. Your presentation must be submitted at the SLIDE DESK, and give the file a name following this format: “Session number_OC#_First name_Last name"
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters must be printed on paper and have the following dimensions: 80 cm width x 120 cm maximum height (A0 portrait orientation).
The Welcome Desk will provide the necessary materials for presenters to hang their posters.
Poster presentations will take place during the morning and afternoon Coffee and Tea Breaks .
Posters should be displayed at the earliest convenient time and must be taken down after 12:00 PM on the final day of the conference.
Please note that posters that have not been removed will be discarded.
